Manager Coach

 
This training aims at Managers, looking for increased leadership competencies. Participants will discover the coaching approach and its many advantages for management. They will learn about the principles and the tools used by coaches. They will have the opportunity to practice during workshops.

Management by objectives & performance reviews

 
We train your managers on the management by objectives approach and the processes. The modules and contents will be tailored to suit your environment, employees and their tasks as well as your company culture. The participants will learn to create SMART objectives with their employees, to follow their performance and progress throughout the year and to prepare and conduct performance reviews. They will discover how they can increase employees’ performance, working on their management style, motivating and engaging employees to over-achieve individual and team objectives. Communication and delegation are key aspects during this training. The managers will develop the ability to provide constructive feedback increasing engagement and developing their employees. They will prepare an action plan, insuring the transfer of the newly acquired competencies. On demand, we organize individual coaching to optimize the learning process and on-the-job transfer.

Recruitment

 
We train your recruitment specialists, HR Business Partners and Managers in the art of recruiting. The training is flexible and adaptable to your needs, taking into consideration your environment, the profiles you recruit and the company culture. We offer trainings on the recruitment process, the analysis of the requirement, the creation of the job description, the recruitment sources, the organization of interviews, interview tools and techniques (competency based interviewing), the evaluation of the interviews, the references and the decision process. We also propose training modules on non-discrimination and the integration of new employees. The participants will develop their knowledge and recruitment competencies and create an action plan for the knowledge transfer. On demand, we accompany the training with follow-up sessions and organize individual coaching to guaranty and improve the learning process and knowledge transfer.
